I'm in Tx and we have CCW here. Also you can carry in your vehicle w/o any permit!!!! It's nice to live here!!!  |

Here in Wa, if you can buy a handgun, you can get a CPL. We are a "shall issue" state.
Open carry is legal here without a permit, however with all of the Cali libtards moving here, open carry can be a huge pain in the ass. |

I'm in FL, shall issue CCW, (retrocipical with TX) can carry 'securely encased' in vehicle w/o license, no open carry.

| Colorado. Shall issue. Open carry anywhere save Denver itself. Doesn't exempt you from a background check on new weapons. Car carry without permit. Pretty lousy application and testing programme for the CHL. Colorado CHLs scare me. |
